Product Quality Guidelines
SNKRDUNK has established quality guideline standards for each category to ensure that you can list and buy item with no worries.
Please see below for more information.
*Quality standards for luxury brand items (including collaboration items) are different from others.
*Regarding luxury brand items on SNKRDUNK, you can check them by tapping the “+” button at the bottom center of the app screen and then tapping “ハイブランド商品を出品” (“List Luxury Items”).

Important Notes
【For sellers】
If you have any concerns about the condition of your item, or you are not sure whether to list it as Brand-New or Used, please list it under the Used category.
*Please note that we are not able to offer guidance as to which category your item should be listed under.
Upon authentication or inspection, if we find that an item does not meet our product guidelines for any of the categories, we will confirm with the buyer to see whether or not the transaction can continue. If the condition of the item clearly does not meet the product guidelines, the transaction will be canceled immediately and the item will be returned to the seller.
Normally, SNKRDUNK will cover the return shipping costs for canceled transactions, however, if the item clearly does not meet the product guideline criteria, the seller will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please understand this in advance.
Please refer to the "Guidelines for listing items for sale" for information on the return shipping cost for cancellations due to reasons not related to the item's quality.
【For Buyers】
Upon authentication and inspection, if we find that an item does not meet our product guidelines for any of the categories, we will contact the buyer via transaction chat message.
We will confirm with the buyer whether or not the transaction can be continued, and respond according to the buyer's request.
If the condition of the item meets the product guidelines, we will not notify the buyer at the time of authentication and inspection.
In the unlikely event that a delivered item is found to be defaced or damaged and not meeting the product guidelines, we will offer "全額補償"(full compensation).
We kindly ask you to submit your request for full compensation only after confirming the details in 「返品・交換したい」(‘I want a refund/exchange’).
Please understand that we are unable to accept requests for full compensations for items that meet any of the following conditions.
・If it has been deemed to meet our guideline standards
・If the condition of the delivery slip, receipt, etc. is different to the one shown in the listing pictures
*Since the delivery slip or receipts are not originally considered accessories, we will inspect the item, only confirming if they are present or not
