Quality Guidelines for Used Sneakers

When listing your used sneakers, you will need to select "商品の状態" (Item Condition), "箱の状態" (Box Condition) and "包装紙の状態" (Tissue Paper Condition) based on the condition of the item.

Please check our guidelines and select the option(s) closest to the condition of your item(s).

Please note that during inspection and authentication, if there is a discrepancy between the options you selected and the condition of the item, or if the required images are missing, the transaction may be canceled after confirming with the buyer to see if he/she is willing to continue the transaction.

We ask for your cooperation in selecting the appropriate condition and uploading the required images.

*The color of the images on the product page may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on factors such as the photographed conditions and so on.

*Please refer to the "Guidelines for listing items for sale" to see where pictures are required."

As with the listing of a new item, only "unused" items may be listed under this category.

Please select "新古品(未着用)" (New used item (unused)) if you would like to consider purchasing the item after confirming the condition of the item from the images posted.

*If the item has scratches or stains that may have occurred during production, a picture to verify the condition of the item is required.

*Items tried on in the store at the time of purchase can be listed as "新古品(未着用)" (New used item (unused)).

You may list items that have only been worn outdoors for a short time and are in a condition with little scratches and stains.

Very minor scuffing that does not affect the design of the outsole will meet the product guidelines for "未使用に近い" (Nearly unused).

If only some (partial) minor scratches, stains, or wrinkles exist, please select "未使用に近い" (Nearly unused).

For items with large scratches or stains other than those listed above, some images to verify the item's condition are required.

If there are not enough images to verify the condition, the item will not meet the product guidelines for the "未使用に近い" (Nearly unused) category.

Although some signs of wear can be seen, items that do not have any noticeable scratches and stains can be listed under this category.

Please select "目立った傷や汚れなし" (No noticeable scratches or stains) for items that have minor flaws such as those can be found on items worn several times (approximately 2 to 9 times), such as minor stains or scuffing on the outsoles, wrinkles on the uppers, or heels, or contain minor scratches or stains.

Items with strong signs of wear, or with insufficient images to verify their condition, will not meet the product guidelines for the "目立った傷や汚れなし" (No noticeable scratches or stains) category.

You can list items that have signs of wear that can be seen at first glance and have scratches and stains that can be seen throughout the item.

Stains and scuffing on the outsoles and overall wrinkles, damages, stains, and scratches that can be seen on items worn ten or more times (approximately 10 to 19 times) are considered to meet the product guidelines for the "やや傷や汚れあり" (Slightly scratched and stained) category.

Items with significant damage due to age or wear, or if there are insufficient images to verify the item's condition, will not meet the product guidelines for the "やや傷や汚れあり" (Slightly scratched or stained) category.

You can list items that have significant damage due to wear and age.

Please select "傷や汚れあり" (Have scratches and stains) for items with strong signs of wear, such as stains and scuffing on the outsole, extensive wrinkles, scratches, stains, yellowing, and loss of shape, as seen in products worn dozens of times (approximately 20 times or more).

Items with holes or other damage that may affect wearability, or with insufficient images to verify the item condition, will not meet the product guidelines for the "傷や汚れあり" (Have scratches and stains) category.

Please select "全体的に状態が悪い" (Poor overall condition) for items with damage that is likely to affect wearability, or with severe scratches, stains, or yellowing.

Although any condition of the item is acceptable, please be sure to take close-up pictures of any holes or other areas that are likely to affect the wearability of the item.

If there are insufficient images to verify the item's condition, it will be deemed that the item does not meet the product guidelines even in the "全体的に状態が悪い" (Poor overall condition) category.

Depending on the item, some insoles may have been heavily glued by the manufacturer during the manufacturing process.

Therefore, traces of glue residue or minor cuts that may occur on the back of the insole during the removal process will meet the product guidelines for used items.

In addition, we accept items with insoles that have been replaced from those that came with the item at the time of primary distribution.

If the insoles have been replaced, please enter the information in the Supplemental Information section. If there is no information in the supplementary information section, the item will be judged as not meeting the product guidelines for used items.

*If the insoles have been replaced, we may not be able to determine that the item is genuine and may cancel the transaction (the item cannot be authenticated). Please understand this in advance.

Minor stains and fabric pilling that may occur when trying on items in the store will meet the product guidelines for the "新古品(未着用)" (New used item (unused)) category.

Items that show signs of wear will not meet the product guidelines for the "新古品(未着用)" (New used item (unused)) category.

Minor stains and fabric pilling that occur when worn will meet the product guidelines for the "未使用に近い" (Nearly unused) category.

In addition, since it has been confirmed that many insoles have had their logos worn off even after being worn only a few times, we consider items with minor stains or fabric pilling to be within the guidelines, even if the logos are worn off.

Items with strong signs of wear and extensive stains or damage will not meet the product guidelines for the "未使用に近い" (Nearly unused) category.

Stains, fabric pilling, and logo damage caused by wear will meet the product guidelines for the "目立った傷や汚れなし" (No noticeable scratches or stains) category.

Extensive stains, fabric pilling, or logos damage caused by wear will meet the product guidelines for the "やや傷や汚れあり" (Slightly scratched or stained) category.

Overall darkening, scuffing, or logo damage caused by wear will meet the product guidelines for the "傷や汚れあり" (Have scratches and stains) category.

Overall darkening, scuffing, or logo damage caused by wear will meet the product guidelines for the "全体的に状態が悪い" (Poor overall condition) category.

If the box is in good condition with no tears, stains, or dents, it will meet the product guidelines for the "箱あり(キレイ)" (Have box (clean)) category.

Minor tears, stains, or dents that meet the guidelines for a damaged box will meet the product guidelines for the "箱あり(やや破れ・凹み)" (Have box (slightly torn or dented)) category.

Multiple or large areas of tears, stains, or dents will meet the product guidelines for the "箱あり(破れ・凹み)" (Have box (torn or dented)) category.

Boxes that have large damage through the box or are severely damaged and do not retain their shape should be listed as "箱あり(全体的に状態が悪い)" (Have box (poor overall condition)).

Please select whether or not the special tissue paper (i.e. printed design) is included.

Plain white tissue paper is not considered an accessory, so if your item comes with only plain white tissue paper, there is no need to select this option.

*If you select "包装紙あり (With tissue paper)" for an item that comes with only plain white tissue paper, the plain white tissue paper will be required and must be included with the item.

Please select "包装紙あり (Have tissue paper)", if you have special tissue paper with a printed design that can be included with the item.

*Any condition of the tissue paper (tears, rips, etc.) is acceptable.

If the tissue paper has been discarded, such as to prevent yellowing, discoloration, or insect infestation, and cannot be included with the item, please list the item as "包装紙なし (No tissue paper)".

In addition, please select "包装紙なし" ("No tissue paper") for items that did not include any tissue paper from the time of shipment from the manufacturer as well.

Please select "違うスニーカーの包装紙" if the item is wrapped in a different tissue paper other than the one included at the time of manufacturer shipment of the item itself, such as the tissue paper from another sneaker.

Please select "包装紙なし" if the item is wrapped in other types of paper.

*Newspaper, craft paper, assorted paper, or others are not considered to be tissue paper
