Product Quality Guidelines

SNKRDUNK has established quality guideline standards for each category to ensure that you can list and buy item with no worries.

Important Notes
【For sellers】
If you are unsure about the condition of an item before listing it for sale, please contact us by the following steps "マイページ" (My Page) > "メニュー" (Menu) > "お問い合わせ" (Contact Us).
*Please contact us with images that show the condition of the item.
*In the case of used trading cards, due to the peculiar nature of these items, we do not accept requests for confirmation of the item's condition prior to listing.

Upon authentication or inspection, if we find that an item does not meet our product guidelines for any of the categories, we will confirm with the buyer to see whether or not the transaction can continue. If the condition of the item clearly does not meet the product guidelines, the transaction will be canceled immediately and the item will be returned to the seller.

Normally, SNKRDUNK will cover the return shipping costs for canceled transactions, however, if the item clearly does not meet the product guideline criteria, the seller will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please understand this in advance.

Please refer to the "Guidelines for listing items for sale" for information on the return shipping cost for cancellations due to reasons not related to the item's quality.


【For Buyers】
Upon authentication and inspection, if we find that an item does not meet our product guidelines for any of the categories, we will contact the buyer via transaction chat message.

We will confirm with the buyer whether or not the transaction can be continued, and respond according to the buyer's request.
If the condition of the item meets the product guidelines, we will not notify the buyer at the time of authentication and inspection.

In the unlikely event that a delivered item is found to be defaced or damaged and not meeting the product guidelines, we will offer "全額補償について" (full compensation).
