Quality Guidelines for Used Luxury Items

When listing an item in the Used category, it is required to select a “Item condition” corresponding to its state and to upload pictures of the item.

Please select the condition level that is closest to the actual state of the item in your possession.

If the selected condition level does not match the actual condition of the item, we will confirm with the buyer at the time of authentication whether or not the transaction can continue.

Please note that, if the transaction is cancelled, we may return the item(s) by cash on delivery.

More than 50 brands are available for listing, starting with the ones listed below:

Please check the luxury brands available on SNKRDUNK by tapping “+”, then “ハイブランド商品を出品” (“List Luxury Items”) at the bottom of the app screen.

Please note that brands that are not available cannot be listed.

・In case an item has been repaired or after-processed, you must mention it in the supplementary information.

・The condition list is only an example. Condition level standards may vary depending on the item.

・Product images on SNKRDUNK may appear different from actual color tone due to the photoshooting environment.

Please refer to the table below to determine the most appropriate condition level for your item.

For more detailed criteria for each item, please refer to the “Condition List by Item” at the bottom of this page.

Please refer to the ‘Item Condition’ column and confirm in detail whether or not your item has scratches, stains, etc.

If criteria across multiple conditions apply, please choose the lowest condition level that applies to your item when listing it.

*Even if the condition option you selected matches the external appearance of the item, inaccuracy due to selecting an option that does not match the actual condition of the item may cause the transaction to be cancelled.
