Quality Guidelines for Used Streetwear

When listing your used streetwear, you must select the "商品の状態" (Item Condiction) that corresponds to the condition of the item.

Please check the guidelines and select the option that is closest to the condition of your item.

Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the option you selected and the condition of the item when we authenticate the item, or if the required images are missing, we may cancel the transaction after confirming with the buyer their willingness to continue the transaction.

We appreciate your cooperation in selecting the appropriate condition and uploading the required images.

*The color of the images on the product page may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on factors such as the photographed conditions and so on.

*Please refer "Guidelines for listing items for sale" to see where pictures are required.

As with the listing of a new item, only "unused" items may be listed under this category.

*Items tried on in the store at the time of purchase can be listed as "新古品(未着用)" (New used item (unused)).

Please select "新古品(未使用)" (New Used Item (unused)) if you would like to consider purchasing the item after confirming the condition of the item (such as stains, fraying, etc. that may occur during production) from the images posted.

You may list items that have only been worn outdoors for a short time and show little signs of wear.

Please select "未使用に近い" (Nearly unused) if only some (partial) minor stains, fabric pilling, fraying, or cracked print has occurred.

In addition, images of the stains, fabric pilling, fraying, and cracked print is required(if exist). If there are not enough images to verify the condition, the item will not meet the product guidelines for the "未使用に近い" (Nearly unused) category.

You can list items that show signs of wear but have no noticeable stains, fabric pilling, or fraying.

Please select "目立った傷や汚れなし" (No noticeable scratches or stains) for items that have minor flaws such as those can be found on items worn several times (approximately 2 to 9 times), such as minor fabric pilling, or yellowing.

Items with strong signs of wear, or with insufficient images to verify their condition, will not meet the product guidelines for the "目立った傷や汚れなし" (No noticeable scratches or stains) category.

You can list items that have signs of wear that can be seen at first glance and have stains and fabric pilling that can be seen throughout the item.

Items that have minor stains, fabric pilling, or yellowing which can be seen on items worn ten or more times (approximately 10 to 19 times) are considered to meet the product guidelines for the "やや傷や汚れあり" (Slightly scratched and stained) category.

Items with significant damage due to age or wear, or if there are insufficient images to verify the item's condition, will not meet the product guidelines for the "やや傷や汚れあり" (Slightly scratched or stained) category.

Please select "傷や汚れあり" (Have scratches and stains) for items with strong signs of wear, such as large stains, fraying, yellowing, or loss of shape, as seen in products worn dozens of times (approximately 20 times or more).

Items with strong damage that may affect the design and wearability (holes, etc.), or with insufficient images to verify the item condition, will not meet the product guidelines for the "傷や汚れあり" (Have scratches and stains) category.

Please select "全体的に状態が悪い" (Poor overall condition) for items with severe stains, yellowing, or damage that affect the design and wearability.

You can also display items in poor condition, but we ask that you take close-up photos of multiple areas so that we can accurately identify the condition of the item.

Although items in poor condition can be listed, please be sure to take close-up pictures of multiple areas of the item, so its condition can be accurately verified.

If there are insufficient images to verify the item's condition, it will be deemed that the item does not meet the product guidelines even in the "全体的に状態が悪い" (Poor overall condition) category.
