Damaged Box Guidelines

For sneakers and shoes, we consider the original box, with the correct style code (model number) and size, to be part of the product.

Please list your item accurately in regards to the box condition as well as the presence/absence of accessories.

If the actual condition of the box does not match the listing information, we will confirm the condition with the buyer and ask if they want to continue with the transaction.

Please note that if the item is cancelled for this reason, it may be returned to you with ‘Cash on Delivery’ (the seller pays for delivery).

*This transaction may be cancelled if there is major damage or staining, even if this is due to natural degradation over time.

・We are unable to offer guidance as to whether you should list your item as New or Used.

・When listing used items, even if the condition you have selected is correct, the transaction may be cancelled if incorrect, contrasting information can be seen in the supplementary information section or the comment section,

・Quality standards for Luxury Brand items (including collaborations) may differ.

・To list Luxury Brand items on SNKRDUNK, click the + in the bottom of the home page on the app and then click ‘List Luxury Brand Items’.

Small tears, scratches or stains on the box that can occur from regular transportation or storage of the item will meet our guideline standards.

If the box meets our guideline standards, please list your item as ‘Brand-New’ or ‘Box Included’ if your item is used.

However, if multiple of the following categories apply to the condition of your box, this will be outside of our guideline standards. For this reason, please list your item as ‘Box Included (Damaged)’

Small tears at the four corners of the box.

Small tears at both corners along one side of the box.

Minor dents on four corners of the box.

Minor dents and wrinkles on the box surface.

Small holes or cuts on the box surface.

Minor scratches on box surface.

Yellowing on tags.

The box label shows minor peeling.

Minor damage to the box.

Minor stains or other blemishes on the box.

Minor stains on the box.

Single corner damage of the box lid.

Minor lid rip of the box.

Light dents in the clear box.

Small tear on the side of the clear box.

Small tear on the corner of the clear box.

Small stains on the clear box.

*Please note that items that meet more than one of the above conditions may be considered as not meeting the authentication standards.

If your box meets any of the following conditions, it will not meet our guideline standards.

If the box meets does not meet our guideline standards, please list your item under or ‘Box Included (Damaged)’ under ‘Used’

However, if you do not have the original box, with the correct style code (model number) and size, please list your item as ‘Box Not Included’.

Two or more large tears at the four corners of the box.

Two or more large dents in the four corners of the box.

One of the four corners of the box is completely torn.

Large crush/tear on box surface.

Boxes have areas that have been modified (e.g. tape or glue).

Noticeable stains or other blemishes on the box.

Water damage on the box.

Graffiti or written marks on the box.

The box shows traces of sticker removal.

The box label has been peeled off significantly.

Large peeling on the surface of the box.

The delivery slip is attached directly to the box.

*Please note that items such as Space Hippie (NIKE), which have a delivery slip or other item attached directly to the box from the manufacturer's shipment, will be considered within the authentication standards.

Large visible dents on the box surface.

Box shows heavy tanning/fading.

Box is reinforced with tape/glue.

The sides of the clear box are heavily damaged/cracked.

Clear box corners are heavily cracked in line with the box.

Clear box corners are heavily cracked.
