Guidelines for Packing and Shipping

SNKRDUNK has established shipping and packaging guidelines to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Shipping and packing that is not in accordance with the guidelines may result in a delay in the completion of the transaction, or the cancellation of the transaction depending on the circumstances.
To prevent possible problems, please check these guidelines before proceeding with the shipping and packing procedures.


About Packaging
SNKRDUNK has established guidelines for the condition of items in our "Guidelines for listing items for sale" and only items that meet these guidelines will be delivered to the buyer.
If the condition of an item does not meet the above guidelines, even if the item was damaged or stained during shipping, we will cancel the transaction.


【Packaging Method】
If the condition of an item does not meet the product guidelines, even if the item was damaged or stained during shipping, we will cancel the transaction.

To prevent shipping damage, please use cardboard boxes and pack them with cushioning material (paper, bubble wrap, etc.) so that there are no gaps.
Except for items that come with a box, items can be packaged in a manner other than cardboard boxes, as long as the shipment is trackable so that the delivery status can be checked.
Please pack with cushioning material to prevent damage to the item during shipping.

*If you have multiple transactions, you can ship them together.
*In that case, please include a sticky note or piece of paper with the transaction ID "(スニダンベース:◯◯)" (Sunidan Base: ◯◯) in the message so that we can identify the corresponding transaction smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Please pay the shipping fee in advance before shipping.
*The seller is responsible for the shipping fee when shipping the item to Sunidanbase (Authentication center).

【If you use a delivery company】
Since shipping problems may occur, we require the tracking number to be entered at the time of shipping.
When shipping your items, please use a courier service such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express that provide a 10-digit (or higher) tracking number.
*If the tracking number is less than 9 digits, the shipping notifications cannot be sent.
*Please do not use delivery services that do not allow tracking, or delivery services that provide tracking numbers of less than 9 digits.

Please make sure to keep the tracking number after completing shipping arrangements with the shipping company, and to enter it when sending the shipping notification.
In the unlikely event that you are not able to enter the tracking number due to loss or similar, please contact us to inform us about the shipping company and the date and time of handing over the item.
In addition, please note that the transaction may be canceled at the buyer's request if the shipment arrangements cannot be completed by the shipping deadline due to an unidentifiable tracking number, or if it takes time to locate the item due to an error in the tracking number entered at the time of shipment. Please understand this in advance.
*Please refrain from sending shipping notifications with false tracking numbers.


Shipping Address
Please ship your items to the following address. Please use a shipping method that can be tracked.
Please enter the transaction ID assigned to each transaction in the "00" part of the address.
You can check your transaction ID by tapping on the bottom of the transaction screen when you are on the status of "発送待ち" (Waiting for shipment).
*If you are shipping multiple items at once, please write the ID number of one of the items that are being shipped.

【When you use "スニダンらくらく便" (Sunidan RakuRaku-bin)】
If you wish to use "スニダンらくらく便" (Sunidan RakuRaku-bin), please confirm the following information.

If the "actual package size" exceeds the "the customer expected package size", the shipping company will change the tracking number, and replace it with the correct package size, then ship the package.

【When taking your items to SNKRDUNK stores or MARUI stores】
If you wish to take your items to SNKRDUNK stores or MARUI stores, please confirm the following information.


Dealing with shipping problems
To prevent item delays and transaction issues, please read "Prohibited behaviors and precautions for packing and shipping" and make sure to enter the accurate information on the shipping slip.
*Failure to follow the shipping guidelines may result in penalties or usage restrictions on the seller's account.


【The reported information does not match the tracking number of the package that has arrived】
Items that arrive with a different tracking number than the one provided at the time of shipment cannot be linked or reflected in the transaction, even if the delivery slip includes your SNKRDUNK registered information.
Please be careful not to switch tracking numbers between transactions, especially if you have multiple active transactions.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives with a different tracking number than the one provided, we will contact you via one of the relevant transactions and ask that you provide us with the correct tracking number used for shipping.
*If we do not receive a reply, we will not be able to link or reflect the tracking information to the transaction.
*If we cannot identify the transaction and are unable to link the item to it, we will cancel the transaction and send the item back to you by cash on delivery.


【The items arrived before the shipment notice】
If you do not send out a shipment notice in the relevant transaction message, we will not be able to link or process the shipment to the transaction because we do not know the tracking number.
Please be sure to notify us of your shipment from the banner at the bottom of the transaction screen once you have shipped the item.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives without a shipment notice, we will contact you via transaction messages and ask you to provide the tracking number that was used for the shipping.
*If you do not respond to our message, we will not be able to link or process the items received at our authentication center to the corresponding transaction.
*If the transaction is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged.


【In the event of a shortage of items】
If the number of items arrived at our authentication center is fewer than the number declared with the associated tracking number, we will contact you via the corresponding transaction message.
Please check to see if any items are missing from the package.
Even if you wish to reship the item, we will cancel the transaction if the buyer requests it as it will take more time to complete the transaction.
Please understand this in advance.
If the transaction is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged.


【 If an excess amount of items has arrived 】
If an excess amount of item is included in the package that arrives at the authentication center in relation to the number of items reported with the corresponding tracking number, the excess amount of item will be sent back to the seller with cash on delivery shipping.
Please refrain from shipping any item before the transaction has been established, as we strictly prohibit such shipments.


【Arrange direct shipment from the manufacturer or source of purchase】
As stated in the "Prohibited behaviors and precautions for packing and shipping" section, we prohibit shipping from any addresses and names other than the registered address and name.
If the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer or the source of purchase, we will not be able to correctly link the item to the transaction due to a lack of information.
Please refrain from shipping items with information that differs from your registered address and name, as this is strictly prohibited and is considered troublesome behavior.
*We consider direct shipping to be a nuisance and may restrict the seller's usage of the service.


【If an item arrives at the authentication center by cash on delivery shipping】
The seller is responsible for the shipping costs when shipping an item to our authentication center.
If an item arrives by cash on delivery, we will contact you via transaction messages after notification of receipt and charge you for the incurred shipping costs.
*If you do not accept the payment, we will restrict your usage of the service.
