Prohibited behaviors and precautions for packing and shipping

Please make sure to ship prepaid using the name and address registered with SNKRDUNK.

Shipping with a different name and address will result in the item not being able to properly link to the transaction and may result in the cancellation of the transaction.

Please refrain from shipping items that were purchased on other websites directly to the authentication center.

*The seller is responsible for the shipping cost when shipping the item to the SNKRDUNK authentication center.

When packing sneakers with apparel items (small items, etc.), please do not put the apparel items (small items, etc.) inside the sneaker box, but pack them outside the box.

We treat the item box as an important part of the item.

Please DO NOT ship with the shipping label directly attached, including the fact that the packaging bags for the clothing are prone to damage from shipping.

If you ship the item with the shipping label directly attached, we will cancel the transaction.

Do not put stickers on the sneaker box, the sneaker itself, the apparel packaging bag, or the apparel itself.

There is a risk of damage when removing the stickers.

If a sticker is attached, we will cancel the transaction.

Please do not include items that have nothing to do with the product. Please make sure that there are no unnecessary items included in the package before shipping.

Please tap the "商品を発送しました" (Item has been shipped) button on the transaction page and provide us with the shipping information.

Failure to notify us of your shipment will result in the cancellation of the transaction, such as the expiration of the shipping deadline.

Packing materials will be disposed of upon confirmation of the item and its corresponding transaction.

We do not return boxes or bags used for the packing.

In the unlikely event that the transaction is canceled, we will return the item to you in an appropriate size packaging provided by our office.

*Please note that the packaging size may be different from the one you sent.

If we are unable to confirm the arrival of the relevant item(s) after 4 days from the shipment notification date, the transaction may be canceled.

If there is a delay in shipping, please contact us in advance via the relevant transaction message.

*If the transaction is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged.

If the item itself, including clothing, has been stored without being covered with wrapping material, we ask that you hand it over to our store staff with the entire item wrapped in protective wrapping material to prevent staining during transportation.

In the case of Marui store, after receiving the items, we will pack them in a special bag and then pack them again in a special plastic box, so there is no need to pack them in outer packaging materials such as cardboard boxes.

If you choose to bring your items to Marui store, please note that multiple items cannot be packed in the same package.

In the case of using "スニダンらくらく便" (Sunidan RakuRaku-bin), if the "actual package size" exceeds the "the customer expected package size," the shipping company will change the tracking number, and replace it with the correct package size, then ship the package.
