I want to drop off the item at Marui store.

If you wish to bring your item to Marui store, please bring it to the "トルダス" (trds) or online shopping pickup/return counter at the applicable Marui store and follow the instructions below.

Please tell the store staff that you are bringing in SNKRDUNK item.

1. Bring the item to the "Online Shopping Receipt/Return Counter" of the selected store within the time limit for bringing in the item.

*Packing materials are available at each Marui store, so please bring in your item as is.

2. Tap the "商品を発送してください" button at the bottom of the transaction message screen, and select "マルイ店舗に持ち込み or 渋谷モディに持ち込み" from "1. 発送方法・持込の選択".

3. Select the Marui store you wish to bring in.

4. Enter the "Tracking Number (10 digits)" on the delivery slip you filled out at the store.

5. Tap "商品を受け渡しました" to complete.

*If there is any mistake in the "取引ID" entered on the slip and/or the "Tracking Number" entered in the transaction message, the transaction may be canceled because the transaction cannot be correctly linked to the item.

If the item itself, such as clothing, has been stored without being covered with wrapping material, when handing the item over to our store staff, please have the item wrapped in protective wrapping material to prevent stain/damage during transportation.

No cardboard boxes or other packaging is required.

Please cooperate by handing the items over to our store staff as is.

*You cannot ship multiple items together.

*Packing materials are available at each Marui store.

*After packing the items in the special bag, the store staff will pack them again in the special plastic box. Please be assured that we pack your items with the utmost care to avoid damage to your items.

You are not allowed to bring the following items to Marui stores. Please use other shipping methods.

・Item for which you have selected a shipping method other than drop-off at a Marui store

・Items for which the shipping deadline has passed

・Items that we have requested to be reshipped

・Items of used trading cards (single cards)
