How to ship by "宅急便コンパクト(らくらく便)" Takkyubin Compact (Rakuraku-bin)
When you use "宅急便コンパクト" (Ta-Q-Bin Compact), you will need a special box.
Please purchase a box at your nearest Yamato retail store or a convenience store.
For details on where to purchase the special box, please refer to the "Yamato Transport website".
【Shipping fees】
Shipping fees for 宅急便コンパクト(Ta-Q-Bin Compact) differ depending on membership rank.
【Compatible sizes】
・Ta-Q-Bin Compact thin-type box: 24.8 cm (length), 34 cm (width)
・Ta-Q-Bin Compact special box: 20 cm (length), 25 cm (width), 5 cm (height)
【Important Notes】
・If your package is shipped from a location other than a Yamato office, the size of the package will not be measured at the time of receipt. If the size of the package exceeded the package limit when measured by Yamato Transport, the correct size shipping fee will be charged.
・The special boxes and thin-type boxes should be used only once, as they may become weakened after one use.
