I want to drop off the item at SNKRDUNK store.

You can bring items to the SNKRDUNK store by selecting "店舗持ち込み" when selecting the scheduled shipping date.

You will not be able to drop the item off at the store, if you bring other items that are not scheduled for drop off, or if you bring an item that was requested by the SNKRDUNK management office to be reshipped to the authentication center.

All customers, regardless of rank, can use the bring-in acceptance service at either SNKRDUNK DROP Shibuya Store or SNKRDUNK DROP Shinsaibashi Store.

You can bring all items.

You can bring new sneakers, new streetwear, and new hobby items only.

Please note that new luxury (high brand) items and all used items cannot be brought in.

If the item itself, such as clothing, has been stored without being covered with wrapping material, when handing the item over to our in-store staff, please have the item wrapped in protective wrapping material to prevent stain/damage during transportation.
