Listings on SNKRDUNK are categorized in two main categories: "Brand-new" and "Used".

In addition, the guideline standards for items quality vary depending on the listing method and item categories.

Please list your items in the item categories according to the quality of your items.

In addition, please follow the rules listed below to list relevant items for sale.

Brand-new and complete items should be listed as brand-new, and any other item should be listed as used.

・Wallets, coin purses, card holders, belts

・Watches

・Bags

・Rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets

・Pendants, charms, keyholders, wallet chains

・Glasses, sunglasses

・Skateboards

・Other accessories, fashion items

Please list your item(s) in a condition that meets all of the following.

If any of the following are not applied, please list the item in the “Used” category.

・The item must be brand-new and unused (test fitting in the store at the time of purchase is acceptable).

・The items itself and its accessories must be clean and undamaged.

・All accessories must be included.

・The bags for the accessories may be included or not.

With the exception of prohibited items, all items from unused to heavily worn items may be listed.

For used items, you are required to select from six levels of " Item Condition", and provide a picture of the item and additional information to complement the details of the item.

*The standards for authentication and inspection differ depending on the information listed above.

Please select the correct information for name/style code of the item(s), size, and condition of the item(s).

Also, comments on used listings are considered part of the listing information and will be taken into account when inspecting the item, because they are part of the information that will be used as reference by buyers when considering the purchase of a used item.

*Deleted comments, as well as undeleted comments, may have already been viewed by the buyer and will be taken into

consideration during the authentication and inspection process.

Incorrect listing information may result in cancellation of the transaction and a cancellation fee (10% of the price) may be charged.

・Guidelines for listing items for sale

Some of the rules for listing items may be different for what are called "ハイブランド" products.

The list of brands that are handled as “luxury brands” on SNKRDUNK can be found on the screen by tapping “+” at the bottom center of the app screen, then tapping on "List Luxury Brand Items".

We recommend that Hermes and Chanel items be listed in the “Used” category, even if they are brand-new/unused.

Even for the same model, these items are characterized by detailed differences in materials, colors, and other details depending on the year of manufacture and so on, so we ask that you add a description of the condition of each item from multiple angles.

In addition, since Hermes and Chanel items are available in a variety of materials and colors, we ask that you include images that show the details of the items and provide information in the supplementary description section.

For this reason, we recommend that these items be listed in the “Used” category.

*Because the material and color may be unknown depending on the sales channel, discrepancies in the description of the material and color may be considered within the standards only when the details can be confirmed by the information of other items on the market.

Please note that items listed as “Brand-new” may have the transaction cancelled depending on the authentication and inspection.

The multiple required confirmations listed below, we recommend that Rolex items be listed in the “Used” category, even if they are brand-new/unused.

・The belt adjustments are included in the service when sold at authorized stores

・The design may differ depending on the year of manufacture

・The protective sticker may have been removed depending on the sales channel and so on.

We ask that you include images that show the details of the items and provide information in the supplementary description section.

Please note that items listed as “Brand-new” may have the transaction cancelled depending on the authentication and inspection.

Chrome Hearts items may be listed regardless of the length of the leather strap.

We do not check the length of the strap at the time of inspection, as some items may be available in different sizes at the time of sale, and the length of the strap may change over time.

Customized or after-processed items should be listed as “Used”.

If the condition of the item meets the above conditions, please be sure to describe it in the supplementary description.

If there is no description in the listing information, we will confirm with the buyer whether or not they want to continue the transaction, regardless of the "condition of the item".

*If details such as the components are different, rendering it difficult to authenticate the item, the transaction may be canceled with the result being “item unable to be authenticated”.

*Designs that may infringe on intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, cannot be listed, even if they are part of a custom design.

Please not the items with colored stones (excluding diamonds) that have been customized or repaired by a non-authorized store cannot be listed as used.

The items that have been repaired by unauthorized stores should be listed in the “Used” category, even if unused.

Also, please be sure to indicate in the description section that “the item has been repaired”.

If we find evidence of unnotified reparations, we will confirm with the buyer whether or not they want to continue the transaction, regardless of the "condition of the item".

If the item has minor scratches or blemishes, please list it as used even if it has not been used.

Please also include a picture of the relevant part and add an explanation of the condition in the supplementary description.

Polished items are also prone to minor scratches caused by vibration during transportation, so care should be taken in shipping and packaging after the transaction has started.

For both brand-new and used items, please cover the item with a soft material and then wrap it with cushioning material when packing it.

Items without a item page can be listed, but this is limited to streetwear and other fashion items (bags, watches, etc.)

However, vintage items and items that are not widely distributed in the domestic market may not meet the standards for authenticity (level of assurance that the product is genuine).

In this case, we will deem the item to be “unable to be authenticated” and we will cancel the transaction. Kindly understand this in advance.

Please kindly note that we will return the item(s) at our expenses.

Some items may have different item pages depending on the size standard (Asia or US), so please check your items before listing and list your item from the item page that matches its style code and size standard.

*Items that do not have separate item pages available may be listed regardless of their size standard.

For NIKE accessories (fashion items), item pages are separated into JP(Asia) or US size standards, so please list your item from the item page that matches its style code and size standard.

*For NIKE items released before 1st April 2024, the item pages may not be separated by size standard.

For adidas accessories (fashion items), we will handle as JP(Asia) standard.

*We handle it as JP(Asia) standard from 10th April 2024.

The conditions for what is included with an item vary depending on whether the category in which the item is listed is “Brand-new” or “Used”.

Please list your items from the method that meets the criteria for required accessories listed below.

*Some fixtures may be excluded or included as exceptions, depending on the sales channel and the item itself.

・Accessories that are included at the time of primary distribution channel *Excluding fixtures listed as not required

・Warranty card for luxury brands *Some brands are excluded

・Luxury brand manufacturer tag

・Manufacturer tags of streetwear brands other than the ones mentioned above *Luxury brand collaborations may be eligible

・Delivery slips, receipts, and other similar documents

・All Chrome Hearts accessories

*As of 2024/04/09, all accessories including proof of purchase (invoices, etc.) are no longer considered as required accessory

・Fixtures that are not included at the time of primary distribution, such as authenticity certifications and similar

・Accessories that can be confirmed from the listing information *Including delivery slips, receipts, etc.

・Equipment used to take the pictures included in the listing page (commercial shoe keepers, storage bags, insect repellents, etc.)

*Required if mention of such items is present in the supplementary description, accessories, and comments

・Fixtures that are not included at the time of primary distribution, such as authenticity certifications and similar.

Minor stains and scratches, which can occur at the time of manufacturing, are often found in the products handled by authorized dealers, and as such items that present such conditions are considered by SNKRDUNK to be within quality standards for all available listing methods.

However, should the damage be extensive enough to detract from the design of the item itself, such condition will be considered to be outside our standards for brand-new items, so we ask that you choose the appropriate listing method based on the condition of the item.

The following items cannot be submitted for listing.

・Items that are suspected of being replicas

・Item from brands that are not registered on SNKRDUNK

・Store bags, store stickers and patches

・Custom products that may infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights

・Item with autographs or handwritten illustrations on them

・Novelty goods, commercial samples and other not-for-sale items

・Cosmetic products such as perfumes and makeup

・Items that have been used (excluding test fitting in the store at the time of purchase)

・Items with stains, deformation, age-related stains or lack of luster

・Items with missing accessories

・Damaged items (zipper does not close, torn, etc.)

・Items with strong odors (e.g. cigarette smoke, perfume, mothballs, etc.) that are different from the item's original smell at the time of primary distribution

・Items that cannot be confirmed to be functioning

・Monogrammed items

・Items that have been repaired by non-authorized stores

SNKRDUNK is committed to eliminating the distribution of counterfeit products.

A violation fee (50% of the total sales price) will be charged for highly malicious sales, such as items that are judged to be counterfeit or items that have been previously identified as counterfeit (or banned) and then re-listed.

In addition, we consider as disruptive any behavior that interferes with other customers' use of the site, such as listing items that are different from those on the product page in the used section.
