The tracking number and shipping charges differ from when the item is shipped and when it arrives at SNKRDUNK Authentication Center (Rakuraku-bin).
When using "スニダンらくらく便" (Sunidan RakuRaku-bin), if the actual package size exceeds the expected package size, Yamato Transport may change the size to the correct size and charge the customer for the size difference in shipping costs.
In this case, Yamato Transport may also change the shipping slip number (tracking number) to reflect the change in size.
【Cases where the box size is oversize】
・The weight exceeds the expected weight limit.
・The sum of the height, width, and depth exceeds the expected size limit.
*If there is any stretch on the exterior of the package due to the packing method, the measurement will be taken including the stretched part of the package.
*If the size of the package exceeds the size limit, the shipping cost will be charged according to the correct size.
For packages shipped using "ネコポス" (Nekopos) or "宅急便コンパクト"(TA-Q-BIN Compact) but found to be over the size limit, the "宅急便" (Ta-Q-Bin) size will be applied.
